KY RUX 2025 Virtual Open House

KY RUX's flagship two-year leadership program is designed to develop skills and confidence, grow social capital, and build relationships to bridge divides.

Over the years, 300 Kentuckians from 65 counties have been collaborating for Kentucky’s future. Each summer, the RUX is hosted in two regions of the state and is designed to help participants understand and value each place's culture, landscape, context, and people.
